Our Journey

Our journey began when our founder, Steve Rucinski, experienced the challenges and triumphs of heart surgery firsthand in the middle of COVID in 2020 — three heart attacks and CABG x5. Realizing the profound impact of shared experiences and support, he envisioned a platform that not only provides crucial information but also fosters a sense of belonging among those affected by heart conditions. Thus, The Zipper Club was born.
